I’ve been an editorial photographer since 1997. I’ve worked with regional publications, some with a readership of 2.5 million, as well as non-profits and advertising agencies. My work has been published nearly 900 times.
Over the years I’ve enthusiastically jumped out of planes, shadowed a neurosurgeon as he performed brain and spinal surgeries and rode with medical helicopter crews as they rushed patients from accident scenes to hospitals.
I strive to give viewers an unexpected, but accessible view of a subject – whether that subject is impoverished inner city kids or the mentally and physically challenged – and hopefully encouraging participation in discussions and solutions.
